We are carrying out essential work on our systems from 3pm Wednesday 27th January – 6am Thursday 28th January. During this time you will not be able to book any activity on the app or website and there will be no online fitness classes running or floodlit tennis available. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Pitch Bookings Terms and Conditions
Pitch Bookings
Pitch Bookings can be made up to 8 days in advance. Bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. Edinburgh Leisure Discount Card holders and members can book online, via the app, in person or on the phone, 8 days in advance. Online and App bookings open at midnight.
Customers who do not have an Edinburgh Leisure card and customers who have a 10 for 8 card can book 7 days in advance online, via the App, in person or by the phone.You can only book online or via the App if you have a member record on our system.
No one can be in two places at once, so customers can't book two pitches that run at the same time.
You can check your bookings by clicking ‘My bookings’ on the app and by checking ‘upcoming bookings’ in the online booking page. Click here to access your online bookings. If you make a booking on the app you can add it to your calendar and set up a calendar reminder.
Arriving in time for our booking
When you arrive, please ensure you check in with the Welcome Host at least 10 minutes prior to the booking to confirm your attendance.
Changing or cancelling your booking and no shows
Isn’t it frustrating when you can’t get a pitch? Even more so when you find out that a time was available because someone booked and didn’t turn up or cancelled at the last minute.
Please change or cancel your booking with 24hrs hours notice prior to your booking time if you are unable to make it and we will move your booking to another time or you won't be charged for cancelling your booking. Bookings with less than 24hrs notice won't be moved to another time or be eligible for a refund.
Building closures
If for any reason we need to close a venue we will update our website with these closures. If the venue is closed, we will cancel your booking. If you have already paid, we will contact you to either move your booking or refund your payment.
