We pride ourselves on providing a supportive and enjoyable work environment that people are proud to be part of.
We’re firm believers in investing in staff development and value behaviours that create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere all round.
Our people underpin everything we do and aspire to achieve. We have a team of over 800 from swim teachers to greenkeepers and from leisure attendants to reception and administration - all here to make the experience of Edinburgh Leisure a great one.
We are currently looking to add to our service provider database, in particular coaches who are qualified in Aquafit, Body Combat, Body attack and RPM

Leaving school with a few Highers, Ryan Cramb, 26, has had a varied career with Edinburgh Leisure for eight and a half years, taking advantage of the training opportunities on offer.
“I started as a Job Employment Training volunteer with school at 15 and moved into a part-time role as a Leisure Attendant, pool-side at Glenogle, when I was 16, staying in this role for four years. ”If you have enthusiasm, genuinely enjoy working with people, and relevant skills such as being able to offer good customer service and communicating well, we will support you with the necessary training to ensure you have a long and fulfilling career.
We are proud to run a wide range of teaching, coaching, lifesaving, first aid and professional qualification courses. All are taught by highly skilled and motivated tutors. See what courses we have running below.
