The UK General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act 2018 govern your data protection and information rights.
They give us the responsibility of handling your data securely and ensures that we do not disclose it to other people or organisations without meeting legal conditions that protect your privacy.

- Rectification – get your data corrected
- Erasure – get your data deleted
- Restriction – limit how organisation use your data
- Portability – get your personal data in a way that is accessible
- Object - object to the processing or use of your data in some circumstances

Accessing your information
You can access the information we hold about you by making a Subject Access Request.

When you make a request, we are required to verify your identity and may ask you for specific information to fulfil this purpose.
Normally, you will not need to pay a fee when you make any of the above requests, but we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to comply if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive.
