Activity guidelines – keeping eachother safe
Everyone has a part to play, so here are some rules and guidelines that we are asking you to read and follow. These cover:
1. Important things to know before you book
2. How you can book – we can only let customers who have pre-booked into our gyms
3. What's different when you get to the gym
Gym instructor sessions
We pride ourselves on our amazing staff, so we're really pleased to re-introduce appointments with our expert gym instructors.
Each session is 55 minutes like a regular gym session. The first 15 minutes will be with your instructor, then the remainder of the session will be available for your workout. Sessions are perfect for a gentle introduction, or if you're just feeling a little rusty after lockdown. They're also the same price as a standard gym visit, so you don't have to pay extra for this service.
How to book
You can book your session by clicking here or by downloading our app. Members can book up to 3 days in advance, and non-members up to 2 days in advance. Daily spaces are limited however, so make sure you get in early!
