Training Classes
Specially created Hybrid Fitness classes, exclusively at Evolve Meadowbank, designed to cater for all fitness goals.
Hyrox Training
Hyrox specific classes for beginners and more experienced trainers.
Classes will incorporate all the exercises found within Hyrox events including sled pulls, wall balls and ergs.
Track
Evolve Members can access both our indoor and outdoor athletics tracks at Meadowbank for further training, subject to availability.

A mixed activity class incorporating exercises found within Hyrox events such as sled push/ pull, wall balls, ergs etc
Hyrox Beginners
New to Hyrox training? Learn the eight exercises used in a HYROX event. Work on technique and movement patterns in smaller group class for those interested in seeing what HYROX involves.
Evolve Hybrid
A mix of lighter resistance and cardiovascular exercises designed to improve fitness & athletic performance.
Evolve Cardio
Using ski ergs, rowers etc as well as functional exercises such as running to improve cardiovascular output.
