Pay as You Go - Active Card

You don't need to be a member to take part in all the activities that Edinburgh Leisure has to offer.

Simply sign up for a casual Active Card to book a range of activities such as fitness classes or courts on a casual basis and pay as you go for the activities you want.

Select any venue within our joining portal and you'll find the Active Card listed under "Choose membership duration"

Remember there is no booking required for a Swim or Gym Visit for over 16s - but please check the individual venue page for more information.

Please note Edinburgh Leisure operates in a cashless environment, accepting contactless payments.

If you have children in a coaching class you don’t have to wait around our venues. Any customer accompanying a child to their coaching class can visit the gym or pool whilst their child is in their class for a discounted price. 

Enjoy a discounted gym visit at the following venues while your child enjoys their class. At only £4.99 it’s a great way to fit in your own workout.  

Ainslie Park, Craiglockhart Leisure Centre, Dalry Swim Centre, Drumbrae Leisure Centre, EICA Ratho, Gracemount Leisure Centre, Kirkliston Leisure Centre, Leith Victoria Swim Centre, Meadowbank Sports Centre, Portobello Swim Centre, Queensferry High School and the Royal Commonwealth Pool.

Discounted Swim Visits are also available at Ainslie Park, Drumbrae Leisure Centre, Gracemount Leisure Centre and the Royal Commonwealth Pool. 

Just £3.20 (£3.90 at the Commie) when accompanying your child to their coaching class.
