Ageing Well Buddy Swimming
Buddy Swimming is for older adults who need support due to loss of confidence or ill health. Ageing Well volunteers help participants improve strength and flexibility. There is no requirement for a Buddy Swim participant to be able to complete full lengths of the pool.
You need an Edinburgh Leisure card to join. Ask venue staff for help with choosing the right card.
