Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that moves fluidly from one pose to the next using breath. Leave feeling energised physically, mentally, and spiritually from this moving meditation. Regular practice will strengthen the muscles and increase flexibility and mobility. *Suitable for beginners to advanced.*
Yin Yoga
A class for anyone who wants to pause, find some space and take time for themselves. There are no planks, no warriors, no dynamic sun salutations - the pace is slow and most poses are held for periods of between 2-5 minutes or more to target our connective tissues and ligaments, creating strength and balance. *Particularly suited to beginners, but accessible to all as the instructor will invite you to work at your own level.*
