Jump In: Free Learn to Swim Children's Programme
Our Jump In project works with nursery schools in SIMD areas to give pre-school aged children from families on low incomes the opportunity to learn to swim.
As well as a free 12-week block of Jump In swimming lessons, participating families also receive half price mainstream swimming lessons for a further 6 months and family swimming sessions for £1 per visit for 9 months.
The project has supported hundreds of children across the city to enjoy an active childhood, improve their health and wellbeing, learn an important life-saving skill and spend quality time in the pool with their families.
