What should I wear?

Please arrive for your session 'swim-ready', i.e. already wearing appropriate swimwear for general swimming under your clothes, and remove outer clothing poolside in the AquaDash Zone. (As you will be required to wear a buoyancy aid, you may choose to wear a t-shirt and shorts for your session if this is more comfortable).

All Jewellery should be removed/covered before the start of the session for safety reasons, although we would advise against bringing valuables with you (There are valuables lockers available at reception on arrival if required, please speak to the member of staff at check-in).

Are there changing rooms and showers?

There is a changing area poolside and this is also where your briefing will take place. After your session, you will be directed to changing cubicles and are free to use our showers for a refreshing rinse (no shampoo or shower gels please).

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive on site 10 minutes before your session start time, and it is essential to check-in in the reception area (there will be a member of staff there to meet you). This gives you time to receive your buoyancy aid and be ready for the safety brief.

What happens if I'm late for my session?

Unfortunately, if you are late arriving and miss the safety briefing, you will not be able to take part in that session.
